Providing you fast and friendly service is very important to us. We want you to receive your order as quickly as possible and we do our very best to keep an adequate on-going supply of inventory to ensure you receive your order FAST.
 

Product Samples

Due to the demand and internal costs associated with product samples, we are forced to charge for samples on an End Qty Pricing + Freight basis. What this means, is that we will charge the smallest unit price listed and add our cost for freight (we will ship samples per your requested method) to obtain your sample total.
We will offer a full credit for the cost of that sample against an order placed with apronsandsmocks.com within 30 days from receipt. If multiple samples are ordered, we will only credit against the actual items that are ordered, not all samples.
 

Custom Orders

Custom made products, with specific sizes, color and/or options (ie. number of pockets, button type, sleeve length, inside tag, contrasting trim), can be made for an additional fee and are subject to a longer turnaround time for production. Custom orders are also subject to a 5% overage or underage in production. Please contact us via email or phone (877-277-6609) for a quote on your custom order.
 

Returns, Exchanges, Refunds & Shipping

Exchange Policy:

At apronsandsmocks.com, Customer Satisfaction is our Top Priority. We are happy to replace or exchange any unused item for size, color, or style within 30 days of your original purchase date. In the case of an exchange, simply go back on our site and place a new order for the correct item(s) you want. Then ship the unwanted inventory back to us as a return (see below) within 30 days of your original purchase date. We will take care of the rest, and we will not charge any restocking fees for your exchanges.
 

Return Policy:

At apronsandsmocks.com, customer satisfaction is our top priority.We are happy to replace, exchange or return any unused item for size, color, or style within 30 days of your original purchase date. In the case of an exchange, simply go back on our website and place a new order for the correct item(s) you want. Then call us (877-277-6609) to receive a return authorization number and an address to put on the box to be returned. Please do not ship it to the corporate office listed on the website. To confirm your shipment please use a shipping service that provides you with a tracking number such as UPS, FEDEX or USPS. Keep a record of this tracking number for the box you are sending to us. Please include your name, address and contact number and order number (if you know it) in the box to be shipped. CUSTOM PRODUCTS CANNOT BE RETURNED.
 
*All returns must include the original packaging and tagging (bags, attached tags, labels, decorative boxes, etc) in resalable condition. We will not accept returns if item(s) are not in their original, 100% resalable condition. (Such as items that have been altered, customized, worn, laundered, are missing tags, smell like smoke, have pet hair on them, are soiled or have been generally mistreated.) If your returned items show any signs of the above, you will be notified that the item will be returned to you and no refund will be issued.
 
*All returned orders (not exchanges) over $100.00 may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. This fee will be waived if you place a similar order with us within 30 days of your initial purchase.
 
We do not refund or credit any shipping charges. Shipping charges are the sole responsibility of the returnee/exchange.
 

Shipping

Shipping rates are provided by our carrier-UPS. UPS does not deliver to P.O. Box's, we need a street address. Regarding international shipments, Aprons & Smocks does not handle the duties or brokerage fees on non-domestic shipments. Duties and/or brokerage fees (or the like) are the responsibility of the customer.

Email

Please contact us if you do not receive an email for your order. On the day your order ships you will receive an email notification that your order has shipped with a tracking number. This is how you will know when to approximately expect your order.
