When will my order be processed?
Once you've submitted your order, our customer care team will process the order within 1-3 business days. Once the order has been processed you'll receive an order update email.
What payment options do you offer?
We offer credit card, PayPal, check and purchase orders (pre-approval required for new customers).
Can I mix and match products for customization?
Yes, you can! Embroidery has no minimum requirements. Screen print requires 12 pieces. You may mix and match products to reach the 12 piece minimum requirement.
Is there a minimum order?
For blank products, the answer is no. The only requirement we have is for screen printing, the minimum is 12 pieces.
Do you accept Purchase Orders?
